Visit the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world and home to some of the richest wildlife viewing in Africa. Walk through the rolling savannas and plethora of game on offer in the Central Serengeti and take in the wilderness.

Day 1/2: Sat/Sun - Kilimanjaro
“Jambo!” Welcome to Tanzania. On arrival at Kilimanjaro airport our representative will meet you and transfer you to your camp for an overnight. Next day start your day with a hike on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. In the the afternoon, a game drive in the Sanyi private concession brings you closer to (BLD)

Day 3/4: Mon/Tue - Tarangire
A safari briefing at breakfast prepares you for an exciting adventure. The drive to Tarangire National Park passes through small coffee farms surrounded by hills. This afternoon enjoy your first game drive in the bush. Two more game drives are planned for next day. (BLD)

Day 5: Wednesday - Ngorongoro
Continue your safari adventure to the Ngorongoro Conservation area, host to the birthplace of man. It is also home to the unique intact caldera, the Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive in time for lunch and a Masai village visit. (BLD)
Farm House Valley Lodge
Day 6: Thursday - Ngorongoro Crater
Enjoy breathtaking views of the crater as the sun rises. This morning descend 2000 feet below the rim of the crater for a full day game viewing with picnic lunch. The crater is home to abundant game, including the “Big Five,” plus the black rhino, jackal and Zebra. (BLD)

Day 7: Friday - Serengeti
This morning continue your journey to the world’s best-known park, the Serengeti. Named after the Masai word, “Siringet” for endless plains of short and long grass, the Serengeti is well known for its large prides of lion, cheetah and packs of wild dog and for nearly a million or so wildebeest. Lunch at the camp and later in the afternoon enjoy a game viewing drive. (BLD)
Kubu Kubu Tented Camp
Day 8/9: Saturday/Sunday - Serengeti
Enjoy two full days with morning and late afternoon game drives, with afternoons spent relaxing on the grounds of the hotel. On one of the mornings you may opt for an early morning balloon safari ($349 Best Safaris Exclusive price ) over the Serengeti Plains, which includes a bubbly champagne breakfast upon landing. (BLD)

Day 10: Sunday - Depart Kilimanjaro
Morning game drive followed by transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Kilimnajaro where you will connect with your flight home or continue with your chosen extension. (BL)
